This position with a leading stable company is open due to a promotion. The primary responsibilities include the following: SEC reporting, coordinating the quarterly and annual reporting schedule, reviewing, and implementing GAAP accounting standards, manage the financial consolidation functions, perform review and analysis of all business units, ETC. Candidates must have 6 plus years of hands on accounting experience including management and increased responsibility in public accounting, strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
